the bed was comfortable, and there were central heating, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a writing desk too. the restaurant was located within 900 feet.
Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

we recommend it to anyone. if you are going to visit ross park carousel, you can stay here. we loved the fact that we chose holiday inn express owego.
